How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can follow your delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment method used. Shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD.
What is the 30-night comfort trial?
Regional Pets beds come with a 30-night comfort trial beginning on the day your order is delivered. If your dog doesn't settle within 30 nights, contact us and we'll provide return instructions. The comfort trial applies only to Regional Pets beds.
How do the bundle offers work?
Every product page has a Choose Your Deal selector: Buy 1 (save 10%), Buy 2 (save 20%) or Buy 3, Get 1 Free. The discount is applied to your cart and carried through to checkout.
Can I combine the 10% welcome offer with a bundle deal?
Offers don't stack. We automatically apply the single best available offer to your cart.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is always available. An account gives you member pricing, faster checkout, order history and saved addresses.
How is my order fulfilled?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped by the fulfillment method used for that product. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
How do I check on my order?
Tracking is emailed when your parcel ships, and your orders are listed in your Regional Pets account.
